How involved can I be during the construction process?

A: Since our specialty is building custom homes that suit our customers styles
and lives, our design and build process is collaborative. You can be as involved
as you’d like to be, though you can leave the stress and worry of the project to
us. We encourage you to share your inspiration during the design phase, and
welcome you to schedule frequent site visits.

Q: Do you handle the architecture plans?

A: We pride ourselves in working with skilled and experienced design partners. Our partnerships ensure we can meet your unique needs when creating a design. We are flexible and will walk with you through the entire design and construction process.

Q: Do I need a permit?

A: If you are overwhelmed by the stress and complexity of permitting your home building or major renovation project, Shoreland Home Builders has the expertise to help. We have developed close working relationships with county and state government officials. We can handle all permitting issues for each
individual project.

Q: What happens when the project is over?

A: Upon the culmination of our work together, Shoreland Home Builders will
do a final walkthrough with you to make sure your new home is all you’ve
dreamt it would be.
